Job Description
This role has mainly two scopes
- Project execution for application project
- Quote for new business acquisition
Balance between the above mentioned two scopes will be considered per project/business situation.
Project execution for application project:
Responsible for successful execution of tasks of product design and test assigned to the local team within the scope of the functional, design quality, time and cost objectives as agreed with the global Technical Project Leader.
- Support (Global) TPL
- for project coordination according to Project Management handbook
- for maintaining detailed technical project plans
- for the definition of technical concepts
- for technical quotations by estimating local R&D efforts
- for monitoring and controlling engineering budget, development milestones, deliverables and resources
- for technical risk assessments and implement lessons learned/best practices
- Collect, negotiate and maintain technical customer requirements together with the Requirement Engineer and (global) TPL.
- Input customer milestones and expectations to (global) TPL.
- Monitor project planning and execution.
- Communicate and support customer expectations for scope, time, quality and customer satisfaction on R&D.
- Support project status reporting with Global TPL and Project Manager
- Support technical interface towards customers for all engineering.
Quote for new business acquisition:

Qualifications
3 years or more working experiences with Telematics products (Preferred)
3 years or more business acquisition experiences in Automotive industry (Preferred)
Engineering background (Mandatory)
Fluent Japanese language (Mandatory)
Fluent English language (Mandatory)
