Description
Our client is seeking a hands-on Epicor Kinetic Analyst with 3-5 years of direct experience supporting and enhancing Epicor ERP/Kinetic environments in a manufacturing setting. This hybrid position will start as a 3-month contract with a strong intention to convert to full-time.The ideal candidate will have strong technical and functional knowledge of Engineer-to-Order (ETO) manufacturing processes, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to support end users while driving process improvement across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily technical and functional support for Epicor Kinetic ERP
- Troubleshoot and resolve Epicor-related application and data issues
- Support functional areas such as Manufacturing, MRP, Engineering, Inventor, Scheduling and more.
- Partner with engineering and production teams to improve ETO manufacturing workflows
- Create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and SSRS reports
- Participate in Epicor upgrades, patches, and new module implementations
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline business processes
- Document workflows, configurations, and provide end-user training
- Support and integrate tools such as CADLink and ECxManager
- 3-5 years of hands-on Epicor ERP (Kinetic preferred) experience
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to create and optimize complex queries
- Solid understanding of Engineer-to-Order (ETO) and Manufacturing processes
- Experience supporting MRP, Job Management, BOMs, and Engineering modules
- Proficient with BAQs, BPMs, Dashboards, and Customizations
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and end-user support capabilities
- Familiarity with CADLink, ECxManager, or similar engineering integration tools (major plus)
- Experience with User Training
- Duration: 3 months (Contract-to-Hire)
- Additional Compensation: Annual Profit-Sharing Bonus
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday (Hybrid) 2-3 days in office
