Requirements

•         Design mechanical systems for new facilities, additions, and renovations
•         Provide technical leadership for construction drawings and specifications
•         Conduct existing system studies and master planning
•         Perform QA/QC of detailed design documents, reports, and studies
•         Meet and collaborate with clients, project teams, code officials, and contractors
•         Manage workload assignments for the Orlando mechanical department
•         Mentor and develop mechanical engineers and designers through coaching, technical guidance, and performance feedback
