About the Role:

Stem-7 is partnering with a newEuropean real estate asset management platform backed by a leading global investment manager. Built to manage and scale a pan-European portfolio of 500+ Logistics assets, the platform combines best-in-class processes, automation, and data-driven decision making to support rapid growth across Europe.

We are seeking a Senior Controller / Manager to oversee financial governance, compliance, and operational coordination across multiple European property companies (PropCos).

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Oversight & Reporting:

• Review monthly Property Manager and PropCo financials, ensuring accuracy and variance analysis vs budget.
• Monitor asset valuations, impairments, KPIs, and reporting deadlines.
• Oversee fixed asset accounting and development controlling.
• Coordinate financial statements for local investment structures (e.g. Italian funds, Swedish holding companies).

Compliance & Governance:

• Ensure local compliance of PropCos across jurisdictions (tax, audit, statutory reporting, publications).
• Coordinate local tax compliance including VAT matters.

Operational Coordination:

• Act as the key contact for Property Managers across European subsidiaries.
• Monitor performance, KPIs, deadlines, and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate Corporate Managers and offshore finance teams.
• Establish and maintain consistent booking logic and financial processes.
• Manage onboarding / off-boarding of Property Managers, Corporate Managers, and master data.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Real Estate, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, consolidation, and financial statements.
• Experience in real estate, asset management, or international finance environments preferred.

• Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Structured, detail-oriented approach with ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent English & German required; additional European languages (Italian, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Swedish) are a plus.
