Requirements Engineer D365 / Power Platform vacancy for our Dübendorf based client in the Insurance & Re-insurance sector.

Your tasks:

• Analyse and document business requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into technical specifications for D365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Document Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria (e.g. in Azure DevOps).
• Support the Product Owner in backlog management.
• Act as a liaison between business, architecture, and development teams.
• Validate solutions through functional testing and acceptance support.

Your experience/knowledge:

• Deep experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, possibly Marketing).
• Knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Agile working methodology (Scrum/Kanban).
• Language skills: German

Your soft skills:

• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail and clean documentation.
• Analytical thinking.
