Existing partners are trained at top programs including – Wills Eye, Wilmer, Michigan, Iowa and USC.

Position Overview:
We have high expectations of you, and you should have high expectations of us. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, motivated, and compassionate Board-Certified Fellowship Trained Vitreo-Retinal Surgeon. You will hit the ground running, but not on your own. You will be supported by a seasoned retina specialists. We have a full-scale executive leadership team consisting of a CEO, CFO, COO, VP of HR, VP or Org Dev & Comm, VP of Operations and VP of Clinical to support you.
If you possess unwavering integrity, a collegial spirit, and an aspiration to deliver top-tier patient care, while also contributing to our referral network, you will find this role fulfilling. Furthermore, you will love working with us if you are interested in applying the newest technologies and trends to help shape the future of clinical operations, research, and treatments within retina. We are open to surgeons looking for the second half of their careers and wanting a work play life balance, by working part time of; every two weeks on and every two weeks off or 3-4 days/week.

Qualifications:
§ Board certification in Ophthalmology with fellowship training in vitreo-retinal surgery
§ A proven record of excellence in patient care and surgical proficiency
§ A keen interest in staying abreast of advances in the ophthalmological field
§ Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
