Stellenbeschreibung:
Wir suchen eine hochmotivierte und erfahrene Persönlichkeit als Senior Accountant zur Verstärkung unseres dynamischen Finanzteams in Deutschland. Als Senior Accountant übernimmst Du eine entscheidende Schlüsselrolle beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung der Finanzfunktion. Dabei bist Du federführend bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen, sowie der Implementierung neuer Prozesse. Als Business Partner arbeitest Du eng mit dem lokalem Managementteam zusammen, und unterstützt Entscheidungsprozess mit Analysen und Daten. Idealerweise verfügst Du über mehrjährige Erfahrung im Accounting eines internationalen Konzerns im produzierenden Umfeld. Du bist „hands on", durchsetzungsfähig und fühlst Dich wohl in einem dynamischen und internationalen Umfeld.

Hauptaufgaben:

Accounting

• Durchführung der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlussarbeiten nach US-GAAP und HGB
• Buchung wesentlicher Geschäftsvorfälle des Anlagevermögens, der Rückstellungen sowie diverser Abgrenzungen und Umbewertungen.
• Unterstützung der Intercompany-Abstimmungen und -Abrechnungen gemäß globaler Vorgaben
• Erstellung und Buchung von Ausgangsrechnungen unter Berücksichtigung der Umsatzrealisierung gemäß ASC606/IFRS 15
• Mitwirkung am Standardkostenrechnungsprozess inkl. Buchung und Analyse typischer Abweichungen bei Einzel- und Gemeinkosten der Fertigung
• Durchführung der Budgetplanung und des Working Capital Managements inklusive Cashforecast in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Treasury.
• Fachliche Ansprechperson für die lokale Finanzleitung sowie für externe Berater und Wirtschaftsprüfer.

Prozesse & Kontrollen:

• Umsetzung von Projekten zur Optimierung der Buchhaltungsprozesse und Umsetzung interner (SOX-)Kontrollen
• Entwicklung zur/m funktionalen ERP-Expert*in (NetSuite/Salesforce) im Bereich Accounting
• Digitalisierung der Accountingprozesse und Einführung neuer Tools und Systeme

Ihr Profil:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung im Finanzbereich
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Accounting, idealerweise im internationalen Umfeld bei einem produzierendem Unternehmen.
• Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Monats,- Quartals, - und Jahresabschlüssen nach nach USGAAP und HGB
• Erfahrung mit Standardkostenkonzepten und der Analyse und Interpretation typischer Abweichungen, z.B. bei Einzel- und Gemeinkosten.
• Erfahrung in der Bilanzierung von Mehrkomponentenverträgen und internationaler Umsatzrealisierung (ASC606)
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Erfahrung mit internen Kontrollen und Prozessoptimierungen
