Description

We are looking for a talented and driven Senior Business Process Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, the successful candidate will take the lead in designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions that align with our clients' business needs. They will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality across HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Source to Pay (S2P), Customer Service Management (CSM), and Field Service Management (FSM) processes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with clients to gather and analyze their business requirements, and translating them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
• Leading the design and implementation of ServiceNow modules related to HRSD, S2P, CSM, and FSM. Providing expert guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, from initial planning to go-live and beyond.
• Conducting regular reviews and assessments to ensure that the implemented solutions continue to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices, and incorporating them into our service offerings.

To be successful in this role your skills and experience should include:

• Strong analytical skills with a focus on business process improvement.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow CSM and ITSM platforms.
• Background in business analysis and planning.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, hybrid work environment.
• Knowledge of service fulfillment and service assurance processes.
