Security Clearance: Ability to obtain a Department of Defense (DOD) Secret clearance or higher is required
for this role. All clearance related costs will be covered by the employer.
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000

Requirements:· Develop new software solutions throughout their full life cycle including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and documentation.
· Contribute to existing Python projects through development, debugging, testing, and documentation.
· Assist with software installation in the field including on-site debugging as needed.
· Develop frontend and backend software solutions, with testing architecture.
· This position is fully onsite at facility in Colorado Springs, CO.
Education:
· Bachelor's (or advanced degree) in Computer Science preferred; degrees in Computer Engineering or related technical fields will be considered with relevant experience.
Required Job Qualifications:
· 2+ years of professional experience with:
· Python 3, HTML, and JavaScript
· Git/GitLab version control systems
· AGILE software development methodologies
· Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements, streamline activities, and develop efficiencies.
· Must possess a valid driver's license.
· Willing to travel to provide customer support (typically 5% travel).
Desired Job Qualifications:
· Active Department of Defense SECRET security clearance
· 3+ years of professional experience software development/management
· Professional experience using Java, C#, C++, or similar programming languages
· Professional experience with CI/CD Pipelines, wxPython, cxFreeze
· Experience designing software user interfaces with existing hardware.
· Experience with SCPI command structure
· Demonstrated skill in technical writing and/or documentation.
