As a GenAI Product Manager for ViiV Healthcare US, you'll turn strategy into action, drive product innovation, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver AI solutions that make a measurable impact supporting FRMs in the field.
The GenAI Marketing Manager Transformation role is ideal for someone who thrives in agile environments, is passionate about user-centric design, and is ready to drive meaningful impact through hands-on product delivery.

- MLR Automation Execution: Deliver GenAI solutions for automating MLR submissions, claims libraries, annotations, and audit trails.
- Marketing Personalization: Ensure MLR process support modular content, omnichannel campaigns and scalable personalization.
- Change Leadership: Champion new ways of working, driving adoption of GenAI across marketing, medical, legal, regulatory, and agency teams.
- Auto-Approval Pathways: Develop frameworks for auto-approval of compliant, derivative assets using GenAI and pre-approved libraries.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong partnerships across medical, legal, regulatory and agency teams to align solutions with compliance and business needs.
- Backlog Management: Own and prioritize the MLR transformation backlog, balancing business value, user needs, and technical feasibility.
- User Feedback & Iteration: Establish feedback loops with MLR stakeholders to refine GenAI features based on real-world usage.
- Feature Validation & UAT Ownership: Own user acceptance testing for GenAI MLR features, ensuring readiness for launch.
- Operational Readiness: Lead launch planning, training, documentation, and post-launch monitoring for GenAI MLR solutions.
- Governance & Compliance: Ensure all GenAI MLR solutions comply with Responsible AI SOP and data privacy regulations.
- Impact Measurement: Set and track KPIs including adoption, satisfaction, business impact, and continuous improvement.
Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Bachelor's degree & 5 plus years of experience in digital OR marketing OR consulting
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving change
- Experience with GenAI tools and their application to business problems
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Experience in pharmaceutical marketing, regulatory review, or agency workflows
- Familiarity with MLR processes, Veeva Promo Mats, or similar systems
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and GenAI prompt design
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
