• MLR Automation Execution: Deliver GenAI solutions for automating MLR submissions, claims libraries, annotations, and audit trails.
• Marketing Personalization: Ensure MLR process support modular content, omnichannel campaigns and scalable personalization.
• Change Leadership: Champion new ways of working, driving adoption of GenAI across marketing, medical, legal, regulatory, and agency teams.
• Auto-Approval Pathways: Develop frameworks for auto-approval of compliant, derivative assets using GenAI and pre-approved libraries.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong partnerships across medical, legal, regulatory and agency teams to align solutions with compliance and business needs.
• Backlog Management: Own and prioritize the MLR transformation backlog, balancing business value, user needs, and technical feasibility.
• User Feedback & Iteration: Establish feedback loops with MLR stakeholders to refine GenAI features based on real-world usage.
• Feature Validation & UAT Ownership: Own user acceptance testing for GenAI MLR features, ensuring readiness for launch.
• Operational Readiness: Lead launch planning, training, documentation, and post-launch monitoring for GenAI MLR solutions.
• Governance & Compliance: Ensure all GenAI MLR solutions comply with Responsible AI SOP and data privacy regulations.
• Impact Measurement: Set and track KPIs including adoption, satisfaction, business impact, and continuous improvement.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• Bachelor's degree & 5 plus years of experience in digital OR marketing OR consulting
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving change
• Experience with GenAI tools and their application to business problems

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

• Experience in pharmaceutical marketing, regulatory review, or agency workflows
• Familiarity with MLR processes, Veeva Promo Mats, or similar systems
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and GenAI prompt design
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
