We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual PLM Engineer with strong proficiency in Japanese and English to support product lifecycle management initiatives across global engineering and manufacturing teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PLM systems (Teamcenter preferred) and the ability to effectively collaborate with Japan-based stakeholders, translating both language and technical requirements seamlessly.
Configure and maintain PLM solutions (preferably Siemens Teamcenter or similar systems)
Support end-to-end PLM processes including EBOM/MBOM management, change management, document control, and workflow automation
Troubleshoot PLM issues, coordinate with IT/Engineering teams and Offshore team on resolutions, and ensure smooth system operations
Act as a bridge between Japanese-speaking teams and English-speaking counterparts at offshore
Translate technical requirements, design specifications, and system issues between Japanese and English (verbal & written)
Support Japan-based engineering teams during reviews, workshops, and solution design sessions
Provide training and documentation in both Japanese and English
