Commonwealth Fusion Systems (CFS) is on track to commercialize fusion energy to provide safe, clean, and limitless energy for the world. CFS was spun out of MIT and works collaboratively with MIT’s Plasma Science and Fusion Center to combine decades of government and academic research with the innovation and speed of the private sector. Supported by the world’s leading investors, the CFS team is driven by the climate change crisis to develop the fastest path to commercial fusion energy.
