Harry’s Inc. started in 2013 with simple, fairly priced products that delivered an amazing experience to guys every day. Since then, Harry’s expanded to the UK, developed relationships with retailers such as Target and Walmart, expanded our grooming brand into a personal care powerhouse, and launched a women’s brand called Flamingo.

The key to our success? Our amazing people. From chemists, mechanical engineers, CX associates, to creative directors, sourcing managers, and logistics specialists, Harry’s team is comprised of some of the most brilliant, diverse, and humble people you’ll ever meet.

We know it’s important for our team to take time off and recharge. Our flexible time-off policy is known as “My Time,” and like the name suggests, is all about you. Your vacation days. Your sick days. Your personal time. Of course, we have additional paid company holidays, too. 10 of them to be exact.
After five consecutive years of full-time employment with Harry’s, you’re eligible for a (well-earned) sabbatical: four paid weeks off, to do whatever you choose. We’ve heard that your brain needs that first week just to realize it’s on vacation. Bring us back a souvenir. Or a copy of that novel you finally got to write.

START-UP STANDARDS
Food tastes better when it’s eaten together. Harry’s provides free breakfast and lunch once per week, snacks and drinks at all hours, a hot sauce bar, and cold-brew coffee on tap. There’s plenty of beer, too. Enjoy it all responsibly.

WELLNESS INCENTIVES
Whether it’s a gym, marathon entry fee, or acupuncture, we get that everyone has their own way of making their body and mind feel good. To that end, Harry’s will reimburse up to $150 every quarter for whatever drives your wellbeing. We also offer weekly on-site meditation sessions so you can get your zen on.

FAMILY TIME
Spending time with your family’s new addition shouldn’t be a privilege or a financial burden, so all new parents—whether it’s through birth, adoption, or another path to parenthood—who work at Harry’s get 16 fully paid weeks off to manage that unique happy chaos, plus four weeks of paid part-time leave to help you “re-board” and ease back in to work.

FIRESIDE CHATS
At Harry’s we love to host outside speakers, including founders of other great companies or leaders in some other field, to share their story and words of wisdom. These sessions help kindle new ideas under our own roof.

BRAIN MONEY
In 2020, employees are eligible for a $1,000* reimbursement for learning and development that can be used throughout the year. We believe an individual should own their own career and professional growth, so people can use this reimbursement toward any form of learning—conferences, books, courses, training—that is related to their career at Harry’s. SOCIAL MISSION
At Harry’s, we set aside 1% of our annual sales to charitable organizations and causes, choosing specific partners that are doing impactful work in the world. We also give employees five full days per year of paid time off to do volunteer work of their own for the registered non-profit of their choice.
