Company Overview
Improving Lives is Part of Our Mission
Medtronic improves a life Every 3 Seconds. The “Every Second” statement is a measurement Medtronic is proud of and one we frequently use when sharing the impact of our growth. For more than a decade, we have measured the number of lives improved by a Medtronic product or therapy.
Last year, more than 9 million people around the world benefitted from Medtronic technologies- resulting in our metric shifting from 4 seconds to improving a life every 3 seconds. This is a significant milestone for our patients, customers, partners, and employees.
As we continue to gain momentum in our strategic focus areas of globalization and economic value, and deepen our commitment to improving access to the underserved, we move closer to our long-term aspiration of improving the life of a person around the world every second.
Improving a life Every 3 Seconds is a significant milestone in our journey to alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life.
Medtronic is an equal opportunity employer committed to cultural diversity in the workforce. All individuals are encouraged to apply.
