Two Rivers Veterinary Hospital is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian (part-time considered) to join our progressive, collaborative team in West Fargo, North Dakota. We are proud to practice in a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility built in 2024, designed to support exceptional medicine, efficiency, and work–life balance.
We are an inclusive private practice with a forward-looking leadership team. Two of our three owners are thoughtfully planning for eventual retirement and are open to long-term succession and future ownership opportunities for the right associate.
Practice Highlights:
Near-exclusive small animal practice (limited exotics if desired)
Progressive, fully equipped 6-DVM hospital
Open Monday–Friday only
No evenings, weekends, or on-call responsibilities
Excellent referral relationship with 24-hour emergency hospital less than 2.5 miles away

Dedicated surgery suite and separate recovery area
Two dental suites with digital dental radiography
Digital radiography and ultrasound
Full IDEXX in-house laboratory
Certified rehabilitation veterinarian on staff
Underwater treadmill and regenerative medicine (PRP and stem cell therapy)
