Summary:
The Customer Service Admin (Clerk) is the glue that holds the Customer Service Team together. As an important contributor supporting Customer Service Representatives, you'll enter data into the ERP system helping to keep track of customer orders and returns. You'll help with order books and track open orders. You'll also help with quotes for customer returns. - Enter orders from customers into ERP for OEM and Spare customers.
- Entering and maintaining correct data into company database systems.
- Scan required paperwork and run software to ensure correct data entry.
- Formulating queries and reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Ensuring proper documentation is maintained with exceptional attention to detail.
- Initiates business related correspondence using Microsoft Word.
- Evaluate Change Control Board requests and process according to change requirements.
- Provide initial screening of incoming customer service calls and route accordingly.
- Ability to develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintain them over time.
- Participates in special projects as required.
- Ability to provide coverage for team members when needed.
Required Qualifications:
- 0-2 years' experience in customer service, customer support, or similar role. In a manufacturing environment is a huge plus.
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in related field is a plus.
- ERP experience is a bonus.
- Exceptional computer skills and Excel experience.
- Experience supporting internal and external business customers is a plus.
- Demonstrated organizational skills including documentation and record keeping abilities is a must and a high-level attention to detail and accuracy.
