ABOUT THE POSITIONS
Infrastructure Services Associate Director:
The Infrastructure Services Associate Director will play a key leadership role in supporting the daily operations of our Road and Bridge division and East Montana Water System. Working closely with the Infrastructure Services Director, you’ll help plan, coordinate, and oversee both technical and administrative activities that keep our community running smoothly.
In this role, you’ll lead and support a dedicated team by organizing schedules, balancing workloads, assigning responsibilities, and providing clear guidance. You’ll ensure high-quality service, uphold standards and procedures, and foster a positive, solutions-focused work environment by mentoring staff, addressing challenges, and recognizing performance.
Senior Engineer:
The Public Works Senior Engineer plays a key role in shaping and improving essential public infrastructure within the community. In this position, you will lead impactful public works projects from planning through construction, ensuring quality, safety, and innovation every step of the way. You’ll collaborate with diverse teams, review designs and contracts, and help guide strategic improvements that benefit residents for years to come.
