Location: On-site position in Seminole, OK.
Hours: 7 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday with a 1-hour lunch

Summary:
The Customer Service Clerk is an integral part of the Repair and Maintenance team. As part of the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) team, you will be responsible for working with the Repair Technician to build out an invoice that accurately indicates repairs needed, and repair pricing. You'll work closely with Customer Service and the MRO team to ensure accurate and timely invoices to help the team achieve an above-standard turnaround time for repairs.
As the Customer Service Clerk, you'll be responsible for entering accurate information into our ERP system that will drive repair orders and planned work, as well as interfacing with internal customers with a variety of related requirements. General duties consist of clerical duties associated with typing and filing, maintaining customer records, and functions related to customer service. Duties include:
- Evaluate repair requests from Repair Technicians and initiate Repair Order and Invoicing for customers.
- Provide initial screening of customer repair orders.
- Evaluate Change Control Board requests and process according to change requirements.
- Enter work orders from customers into ERP for OEM and Spare customers.
- Entering and maintaining correct data into company database systems.
- Scan required paperwork and run software to ensure correct data entry.
- Formulating queries and reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Ensuring proper documentation is maintained with exceptional attention to detail.
- Initiates business related correspondence with customers and internal departments using Microsoft Word.
- Participates in special projects as required.
- Ability to provide coverage for team members when needed.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of customer service, account, sales or contract experience.
- High School Diploma, GED or similar education required.
- Experience in Aerospace or automotive repair invoicing in a customer facing role preferred. Other similar mechanical repair customer service experience handling repair quotes, invoices and contracts is ideal.
- Proficiency with Excel, Word and other Microsoft applications is required.
- Experience generating invoices or repair orders preferred.
- Experience with documentation and record keeping with a high-level attention to detail and accuracy is required.
- Ability to be onsite in our Seminole, OK facility 5 days a week.
- Available for standard business hours from 7 am to 4 am, with a 1-hour lunch. Monday through Friday is required.
