Hier fördere ich das Vorantreiben und die Steuerung von Projekten auf Basis des IT-Portfolios von 50Hertz.

Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: 50Hertz engagiert sich seit langem für die Energiewende. Als Teil des Group CIO Office sorge ich für transparente und verlässliche Einblicke in das IT-Portfolio und ermögliche projektübergreifende Entscheidungsfindungen. In diesem Umfeld habe ich zugleich die Chance mein Know-how in der Zusammenarbeit mit Spezialist*innen kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.

Meine Aufgaben:

• Sicherstellung der Integrität, Konsistenz und Aktualität der IT-Portfolio-Daten für IT-Projekte der Group IT und der Local IT,
• Koordination und Validierung der Beiträge verschiedener IT-Teams sowie Auflösung von Inkonsistenzen und strukturellen Reporting-Lücken,
• Unterstützung der Portfolioberichterstattung für die Führungsebene (EXCO usw.) durch klare Einblicke, Kontextinformationen und Angaben zum Lieferstatus,
• Proaktive Identifikation und Steuerung von abteilungsübergreifenden Abhängigkeiten und Schnittstellen zwischen Programmen,
• Vorantreiben von Lösungen bezüglich Integrationslücken, unklaren Verantwortlichkeiten und Koordinationsrisiken über Organisationseinheiten hinweg,
• Antizipation von Umsetzungsrisiken sowie Aktivierung relevanter Stakeholder zur Sicherstellung rechtzeitiger Gegenmaßnahmen,
• Sicherstellung der Ausrichtung zwischen Geschäftsprioritäten und IT-Roadmaps auf Portfolioebene,
• Schaffung von End-to-End-Transparenz in Bezug auf Bedarfe, Priorisierung und strategische Zielkonflikte.

Meine Kompetenzen:

• Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium der Fachrichtung IT, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Ingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation,
• Erfahrung im Projekt-, Programm- oder Portfoliomanagement,
• Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Koordinationsfähigkeiten sowie ein gutes Stakeholder-Management,
• Strukturierte, proaktive und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise,
• Souveräner Umgang sowohl mit dem Senior Management als auch mit operativen Umsetzungsteams,
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit der Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich darzustellen,
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1) und gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B2).

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
