Description

The City of Casa Grande, Arizona, is recruiting our next Public Works Director.  Casa Grande is a dynamic, growing community strategically situated on I-10 between Phoenix and Tucson.  Growth challenges are significant and reflected in the large capital improvements budget for the department.  This is an outstanding opportunity to manage a busy, full-service public works department (water provider is a private company).  We anticipate applicants will have an appropriate degree and at least 7 years of experience as a public works director or similar role; an advanced degree and PE license are desired.  The (full) compensation range is $140,891 to $196,543, plus a full benefit package.  For the job flyer and to apply, go to casagrandeaz.gov/human-resources.

Requirements

We anticipate applicants will have an appropriate degree and at least seven years of increasingly responsible experience as a Public Works Director or in a responsible position in a similar function. An advanced degree and Professional Engineer license are preferred.
