What We're Looking For:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Associate Test Engineer to support our Android automation testing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a foundational background in software testing, an active interest in mobile test automation, and a desire to learn about AI systems. You will work closely with senior test engineers and the Test Lead to execute test strategies, maintain automation scripts, and ensure the quality of our Android applications. Key Responsibilities:

• AI Agent Development: Lead the design, architecture, and deployment of intelligent AI agents utilizing modern frameworks (e.g., LangGraph) and LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI API) to solve complex enterprise challenges.
• Automation & Workflow Management: Architect, establish, and refine guardrails and best practices for automation script development. Ensure robust execution and seamless integration with existing enterprise asset systems.
• Technical Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex system integrations, manage API security (including key management and SSL configuration), and optimize Python-based AI workflows for scalability and performance.
• Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with technical leadership to shape the internal AI strategy, identifying high-impact use cases for AI tools that benefit broader organizational goals.
• Technical Documentation: Draft, review, and maintain high-quality internal documentation for operational procedures. Present technical concepts and process alignments clearly to leadership and cross-functional teams.

Required Skills and Experience

• **Application Development:** Basic understanding of application development concepts, with some exposure to Android Java and/or Python.
• **Python Scripting:** Solid foundational skills in Python scripting, with an eagerness to learn data visualization and analysis packages.
• **ML Testing & Data Science Foundations:** Familiarity with or academic exposure to basic machine learning concepts. Willingness to learn data annotation, visualization, and data quality best practices.
• **Model Evaluation & MLOps:** Basic understanding of what machine learning models do and a willingness to learn how to track model metrics (exposure to tools like Weights & Biases is a plus, but not required).
• **Computer Vision Interest:** Basic understanding of or strong interest in computer vision projects and related testing challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

• **Education:** BE/B. Tech in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience (or equivalent strong internship experience) in software testing or Android OS testing.
• **Specialized Knowledge: ** A strong curiosity about generative AI models and emerging technologies.
• **Soft Skills:** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, highly collaborative, with keen attention to detail. Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• **Location:** Must be based out of Bangalore.
